There is no investment in relationships.
So the coaches in training don’t experience how coaching can change their life
And so they don’t pass this down to their clients.

Who is Andy, and why is his training unique?
Andy is one of the world's #1 coaches.
Andy started as a former professional athlete who, after injury, created two multimillion-broking franchises.
Whilst on the surface, Andy was experiencing massive success;
The broker lifestyle has left him overweight, unmotivated and unhappy.
After an epiphany moment, whilst reading Anthony Robbin's book, Awaken The Giant Within, Andy decided that his current path was no longer serving him
He trained as a coach with the Legendary John Grinder, co-founder of NLP, who taught Anthony Robbins.
Learning to become a coach changed Andy's life, and now he is on a mission to personally pass on the gift of coaching to others.
Enthralled by coaching, Andy went back to university twice to gain an MSc in Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology, with plans for a PhD later this year.
During this time of the study, Andy also created the world-renowned OneYearNoBeer movement and, more recently, one of the world's fastest growing wellness apps, Dryy; these initiatives have impacted millions of lives.
Andy has also appeared on two of the biggest podcasts on the planet, The Rich Roll Podcast & The Live More Feel Better Podcast with Rangan Chatterjee.
He has written two books, ‘The 28-day Alcohol-Free Challenge’ and ‘Let’s Do This! How To Use Motivational Psychology to Change Your Habits For Life’ and delivered a TEDx talk titled “The Limitless Pill”
Andy is also part owner and the main coach of the Empower Sports Education Academy (ESEA). Andy coaches professional athletes all the way up to premiership footballers on how to find meaning and purpose and unleash their potential after their playing days.
